Terms and Conditions

  1. The discovery call opportunity and reward are offered strictly by invitation and only to the addressed recipients. This survey may not be forwarded to other individuals under any circumstances. 
  2. Only individuals who hold decision-making authority or influence in the business function relevant to the survey theme are eligible for the reward. 
  3. The reward (e.g., gift card or promotional item) is available only to participants who complete the survey and agree to a follow-up discovery meeting with the sponsor. 
  4. InsightLab reserves the right to extend the reward to respondents at its sole discretion. 
  5. Shortly after survey completion, we reach out to respondents to confirm logistics and authenticate intent. This authentication ensures the highest standards of identity protection. 
  6. Rewards are typically dispatched within one business day following survey completion, respondent authentication, and intent confirmation. 
  7. A valid work email address is mandatory for verification and reward processing. 
  8. InsightLab expends considerable effort and resources in engaging with, qualifying, and rewarding genuine survey respondents on behalf of sponsors. If you remain non-responsive or elusive to authentication calls and emails, InsightLab reserves the right to withhold your reward and disqualify you from future campaigns. Shared contact information may be used to confirm reward logistics, share future promotional campaigns, and enable ongoing communications with InsightLab, its affiliates, and sponsors. By accepting these terms, you opt in to receive such communications, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address in clause 10. 
  9. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request details of the categories of recipients to whom your personal information has been disclosed, including for direct marketing purposes, and to object to such processing. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by your local law. 
  10. If you wish to know what personal data we hold about you, or if you want it corrected, restricted, transferred, or deleted, you may contact our Data Protection / Grievance Officer at privacy@insightlab.co. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. 
  11. Only genuinely interested respondents may sign up for the discovery meeting with sponsors. InsightLab reserves the right to disqualify any respondent at its sole discretion. 
  12. Unless otherwise specified, only one reward may be claimed per individual within a campaign period.

Discovery call opportunity and reward are offered strictly by invitation and only to the addressed recipients. This survey may not be forwarded to other individuals under any circumstances. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participation is not permitted where laws, regulations, or organizational policies restrict an individual from taking part or from accepting a reward. Responsibility for ensuring compliance with such requirements rests with the participant.

 

2. Qualified Respondents

Only individuals who hold decision-making authority or influence in the business function relevant to the survey theme are eligible for the reward.

 

3. Reward Conditions

  • The reward (e.g., Amazon Gift Card or promotional item) is available only to participants who complete the survey and agree to a follow-up discovery meeting with the sponsor.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and offered ‘as is,’ without any warranties.
  • Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes associated with the reward

4. Discretion

Insight Lab reserves the right to extend the reward to respondents based on its sole discretion.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insight Lab shall not be liable for:

  • Technical errors, delays, or failures in survey delivery or reward fulfillment.
  • Lost, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable rewards.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the survey or receipt of rewards.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

 

7. Authentication and Confirmation

Shortly after survey completion, we reach out to respondents to confirm logistics and authenticate intent. This may include phone, email, or AI-enabled outreach, which is used only with prior consent. This authentication ensures the highest standards of identity protection.

 

8. Reward Fulfillment

Rewards are typically dispatched within 1 business day following survey completion, respondent authentication, and intent confirmation.

 

9. Verification Requirements

10. Non-Response and Disqualification

11. Disclosure Rights

Insight Lab takes reasonable steps to allow you to request details regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

If you are a California resident, you have certain data protection rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Under the CCPA/CPRA, “sharing” includes disclosures of personal data to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can make choices to allow or prevent such uses.
